10.8.5 Audio Glitch

Ever since I updated to 10.8.5, my MacBook Pro has this issue where the audio settings in Midi Audio Setup go from 32 bit float and 96,000 Hz to 24 bit Integer and 44,000 Hz on reboot. Even stranger, it looks to be normal at first and then as soon as I plug in or unplug my headphone, that's when it will switch to the lower quality.

I've tried resetting PRAM and it didn't do jack... :mad:

Any ideas? :confused:
