A quick question for anyone that has played this game...
I'm in Spire and I've gotten to the 'floating palace' as Sirrius calls it and I've started to work out the power requirements for the three cables. There was a bit of paper in the throne room that says '8 12 4' as the correct combination...anyway, I've been trying combinations for ages on the control box on the floating Island and haven't gotten anywhere. I don't want to cheat - but just need a nudge! I tried 24 (sum of the numbers), 15 and 4 but none work. My question is - when I arrive at the correct combination, is there any visual feedback (will something click or a movie play to say I've got the right combo?) or do I have to get in the ship and go back to the throne room and try the locked, throne doors? OR, am I looking in the wrong place entirely? Or (last one, promise) does the circuit diagram give me more hints? It lights up (as did the one on the actual Spire island) but doesn't give any feedback as to whether I've got the right code.
