Hi I am having problems with setting wallpapers on iOS 7

Before you could take a picture from your camera roll and scale the picture

However now with the update it won't scale down and constantly stays zoomed in large and the picture won't fit

Is this a bug or a really annoying new feature meaning we can't use old pictures

This is due to the parallax feature where the wallpaper has to extend beyond the visible area to make the effect work. Either use a larger wallpaper or disable parallax with Settings -> General -> Accessibility -> Reduce Motion - ON
