Just got a new iSight iMac and World of Warcraft. Running 1GB of ram. There are a bunch of video settings in this game that can be adjusted. Suggestions or would it best to just leave them on default.

Well on my powermac I have everything maxed with 4x antialising turned on at 1680x1050 resolution.
On my powerbook I run at 1440x960 with everything up to the top except terrain distance (set to 25-30%) and no antialising.
I guess you could run at native resolution 1440x900 or 1680x1050 (depending on size of imac) with no antialising and half terrain distance and still get good framerates.
Framerate doesnt have to be 60 to be smooth. Basically anything over 30 maintained will be a good experience.

These are what I would recommend:
Resolution at LCD native
Environment detail at max
All textures set to max
Anisotropic filtering to off
Level of detail checked
All shaders on except for full screen glow
vertex animation on
Trilinear and vertical sync on
After that, adjust the terrain draw distance to your taste. I wouldn't set it past the 50% point, but increase or decrease it to your performance liking.

Hey I went by these settings and now my game plays a bit smoother.
Thanks.

Yep! That and Full Screen Bloom under the shaders. Disbaling that can add 10-15 fps and doesnt make much visual difference.
