iPhone Problem with Passcode in iOS 7

Dear forum,
i just updated my phone to iOS 7 and on the first screen, I need to enter my passcode. Unfortunately my passcode is not in latin characters and i dont have the option to change the keyboard.
Do you have any suggestions on how to work around this?

passcode snafu as well

I have same (well, similar) problem with latin characters - my passcode is not accepted! ugh!
