iPad Ipad 4 saying ios software upto date on 6.1.3

For what it's worth, when I looked earlier this afternoon, the update was available on both my iPad 2 and iPodT5.

Want to backup both using my computer, so will wait till later.

iPad 4 says it is up to date (ios 6)

iPhone 5 updated 5 mins before official release

I think they are simply load balancing. Don't think its device specific, just they have restricted availability to maintain a reasonable download time and service level for users.

I can see updates offered on 1 iPad 2 and 1 iPod Touch

then iPad 3, there are no update offered

all were succesfuly updated via iTunes

Check through iTunes. I don't think the iDevices got the word yet.
