iPhone Downloading songs/albums/playlists on iTunes Match?

In iOS 7, how do you download songs/albums/etc from the iTunes Match cloud? I cleared all of my downloaded music to make room for the iOS 7 install, and now it seems that the only way to download a song is to fully stream it first!

I can't find the "download from cloud" icon anywhere!

Edit: Hmm... Suddenly appeared.
