I noticed in my music and video library that I have a bunch of stuff I own in the cloud but haven't downloaded to my iPhone. Out of curiosity I clicked on them and noticed I could play them! Is this a feature of iOS 7 that you can stream your music and movies?

If this is true, you only need a 16GB iPhone if you have an unlimited data plan.
