...has opened me up to more new artists and played a better variety of the things I like in 3 hours than Pandora has in its lifetime. Completely sold.

When I got iTunes 11 downloaded onto my dad's iMac, I know he likes oldies like Hank Williams (Sr.) so I created a station for that artist. He then was mildly surprised when some other long-dead country singer from a while ago came on next. So I think he's happy.

I may not use it much, but it's a nice option built right into the Music app. I don't know what Pandora's advantages are, but I'd be pooping tacks right now if I worked there.

Try out Raditaz as well...been using it for a while now and it has a vast music library with no ads -- it's completely free. My only gripe is the user interface.
