I have an iphone 4s and have been trying to downgrade from ios7 to 6.1.3 but I keep getting the "unknown error 3014" when it's verifying with apple.
Do you guys know if they're still signing ios 6.1.3?
Has anyone tried it today?

Nevermind...just got it.
I was trying to downgrade from itunes 11.1. Apparently it only works if you do it from the previous version of iTunes.
So, Apple is still signing ios 6.1.3.
