With iOS7 AT&T phone.

I did a hard reboot a few times, it just refuses to see any BT. Anybody else have this issue?

Silly question but is bluetooth turned on? :p

I knew I'd get that question :)

Yes turned it on and off, rebooted, everything I could think of to get it to trigger. It just sits there searching for devices to connect to, and I've tried multiple devices (it can't see either already known and new ones). Even deleted the devices it already knows, nothing.

I would try a software restore using iTunes and then, if that doesn't work, take it to Apple to be repaired.
