iOS 7 too slow and choppy on my Vz iPhone 4

I am ordering the 5S tonight anyway, but I thought I'd try the update.

It's slow and choppy on the 4. I am going to have to downgrade. I heard rumors there may be updates in the future to help with the issues on 4, but I might not wait around for that.
