ios7 no mms sim swap no longer works h20 mobile

Anyone have a fix for this issue? When sim swap is tried it automatically goes back to the dummy SIM card setting (t-mobile) after typing and going to the next space. An when you take out the t-mobile sim the network setting closes & does not stay on the screen like previous iOS versions.
