Thread Status

I was just wondering what the envelopes next to threads mean....I get that envelopes with locks are closed, red ones are popular etc, but what do all the other symbols mean?

Maybe I should get my eyes tested. :D I suppose I've just never scrolled down that far and seen them.

I'm not particularly fond of the "you replied" metaphor. To me, an arrow does not indicate "you", in other words "me" when I'm looking at it.

What might a better choice be? Enclosing the graphic in a circle or square if "you replied"? More colors? Just wondering what people think.

The arrow works for me. I mean, a similar graphic is used in Mail when the message has been replied to. :)

Of course, a dancing banana would be madder.
