Can I turn off FaceTime for one specific number

I'd like to be able to turn off FaceTime for one specific phone number. I still want them to be able to call and text me. Just no FaceTime. Is there a way to do this?

No, I don't think so. It's either all or nothing.

You can if there face timing from an email address
