iPhone 5S "other data"

Hi guys,
New iPhone 5S, NOT restored from back- set up as new- and already have over 1.5gb of the dreaded "other" taking up space. Any thoughts? I do have about 8 apps installed, but standard things like FB, words with friends, alien blue, mog... mog does NOT have any downloaded music.

I'd suggest if your iPhone is so filled to capacity you have such little room left over spring next time for a larger capacity iPhone, dude.

I have 2.17GB
It's normal
As recommended, buy a higher capacity phone if needed.

Other would be texts, emails etc as well as app data. Do you have a lot of those.

You could also be seeing cache content. Turned it off recently?
