Is it just me or can you no longer set different alerts for separate accounts. This was a possibility with iOS6.

The lack of control over alert sounds for different apps is one reason I am waiting patiently for the ios 7 jailbreak....
I do not think you can set different notification sounds for different accounts in mail.
Nor could you in ios 6

I actually figured it out. It's Notification Center-->Mail-->Alert Sound so you can set it for each individual account. Same as iOS6.
Settings, notification center, mail, tap each account and change sound to whatever you want.
