After upgrading to IOS7 my backup would not restore and I was forced to start from scratch. However, several of the apps I used most have data that I need and now cannot recover.
I am wondering if it is possible to move certain files from one backup file set to another to recover a particular app's data.
I am also thinking about using a separate device to restore to and then backup from in an attempt to fix whatever errors were contained in the original backup.
Any other advise in how to get my lost data back would be greatly appreciated.
