Mavericks Multi-Display Support Profiles

Does anyone know if Mavericks will allow users with multiple displays to define how spaces are rearranged when they disconnect their second display? When my computer is connected to an external display, I'd like to have Chrome always open in one space on the external display and Spotify always open in another on the laptop display. When I disconnect from the external monitor, I'd like spotify and chrome to go always open in full screen mode. Does anyone know if it is possible to create these "display profiles"?
