Commute Time to Work in Notification Center

Do I need to enable the Frequent Location option in order to get the commute time to work info in the Notification Center? I read it somewhere that it takes the iOS a couple weeks before reporting the info in the Notification Center. Is that true? I was looking forward to this new feature but haven't seen it on my phone. Thanks!!

And yes, you need Frequent Locations enabled.
