At least for me. Seems like 3G connection takes a lot of power. That didn't seem to be a problem for me before.
However, something goofy is going on with Icloud in IOS 7, and it appears to be syncing via 3G way more often now. So I went in to settings/icloud/documents and data, and turned OFF "use cellular data".
Battery life is now back to normal.
