Two questions about my app: reviews, earnings

I have an app in the app store and have a couple of questions about it.

Earnings
I have recently started charging for my app. How often does Apple pay me my earnings?

Reviews
When I go to the UK store I can see the reviews that the app has received. I'm aware that other stores around the world my have received reviews too. How do I view these reviews from one central place?

Apple will pay you every month once you have earned a minimum amount, I'm not sure exactly what it is but I was paid $26 once. So it's pretty low.

You can see all reviews from the Manage Your Apps section of Connect. Select your app then under Links, you can see customer reviews. If there are any in another country you will see a drop down for them.
