Is this a IOS 7 skipped fix

When I'm listening to music and I receive a call the music plays in the background. Was that added as a feature or not.

When I'm listening to music and a call comes and I accept it. First I actually though they were listening to the same song but when the call ended the song got to its regular volume. It's like when I receive a call it lowers the volume to were I can hear both and it's not a bother. If it's a bug I hope they don't fix it. Just noticed it and wanted to share. Btw I'm using a 5s if that makes a difference
