My USB mouse (Microsoft comfort mouse 6000) dosen´t work when it is connect to the USB-slot on the thunderbolt-display.

Works when i connect it directly to my MBPr 15".
OS X 10.9 GM

Any suggestions?

Leave it connected directly to the MBP. I suspect the display doesn't have adequate power to drive the mouse.

The USB ports on my thunderbolt display would just quit working sometimes, only way to fix it was tu unplug and replug the thunderbolt connection :/

My mouse would stop working just like you :/
