I know no-one can answer definitively until the new models are released but with various reports of the new ipad being a slimmer design what are peoples opinions on whether the current smartcases will fit the new iPads or will apple release a new model of ipad smartcases specifically for the fifth release?
I'm asking because i recently bought a refurbished ipad 3 and am thinking of transitioning over from 30 pin to lightening cables (along with changing my phone from iPhone 4S to 5S or 5C).
If I do buy a new ipad ideally i'd like to keep my smartcase rather than buy another one but i'd like to know what other forum members think it likely.
When Apple release iPad 4 with the lightening connector did the Smartcase stay the same?
