Does anyone have any trouble launching some particular applications in Mavericks?
I am having this problem where some applications cannot be launched at all and I will get these messages in my Console.

There was an error parsing the Info.plist for the bundle at URL Contents/Info.plist -- file:///Applications/SublimeText.app/
The data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.
<CFBasicHash 0x7fb28bc880e0 [0x7fff79c5deb0]>{type = immutable dict, count = 1,
entries =>
0 : <CFString 0x7fff79c40dd0 [0x7fff79c5deb0]>{contents = "NSDebugDescription"} = <CFString 0x7fb28bc881e0 [0x7fff79c5deb0]>{contents = "Cannot parse a NULL or zero-length data"}
}

I have tried removing and re-installing the application but after a while the problem comes back.

The applications are Sublime text, Folx 3 and dropbox.
