Bandwith meter

Im looking for a program that can check your bandwith and show u the DL/UP real speed

for windows, theres DU Meter, but i cannot find any program for mac

Well in the Activity Viewer you have you Network display of how much bandwidth is used

I believe I have seen a few of these little programs around, try looking in plces like Versiontracker.com

Activity monitor will also show the current upload and download speeds, and the peak download for the last couple of minutes. You also get a nice graph :)

Activity Monitor will show everything going through your ethernet socket - even if you're file sharing between two computers.
