I have a Marantz NA7004, which is an airplay compatible device.
While I can transparently play music content off my iTunes using airplay, If I attempt to send all the system's audio using Airplay (Alt+clicking on the volume icon), I can't; the Marantz is not displayed but the AppleTV2 is displayed. What difference are between iTunes Airplay and OS Airplay? How come I don't see the Marantz receiver, but at the same time I'm able to stream music using Airplay from iTunes?
The reason I'm asking this is because I would like to send Spotify audio over to my Marantz.
