Hello guys, I am pretty inexperienced with apple hard ware and need help. I have a Macbook 2008 model that I have had for a long time and it has been perfect for what I need. But now I am having problems and certainly do not have finical support to buy a new computer any time soon. I have tried 2 different chargers and when they are plugged in it says (Not charging) and once I unplug it the computer powers down.

Here is my system profiler power page. I do not understand much of it but if some one could look at it and figure out why my battery wont charge or if there is anything I can replace you would be my favorite forever. :)
