Itunes Video Tags!! Where? How?

Can anyone in the mac community figure out a way to add/ edit the IT video tags for imported movies n such? Why would Apple not allow me to edit my tags? Any work arounds? Bueller?... Bueller?

They are centered around changing the TV Show tag but allow for other tags too.
