iWork for 2013 MBA

"Pages is free on the Mac App Store for qualifying Mac computers purchased on or after October 1, 2013. OS X Mavericks required"

Same description goes for Keynote and Numbers on Apples website..

I took delivery of my MBA on 9/29 and it was available for me as a free download via the app store.....Just an FYI

Maybe they made an exception because it was only a few days before the cut off?

It's free for everyone on Mavericks. Download the trial versions and then update through the Mac App Store. I don't believe there is anything illegal about this.

Kewl! It worked. Hold down the option key when you click on the install package and click on Open. Otherwise it will refuse to install the trial.

Hmm, don't work on my MBA 2013. I have installed trial and still only paid update in store.

Edit:

Works after language change to english.
