LTE signal are like blinking lights

Hi,

Hi, after upgrading to IOS 7.0.3 my signal looks like christmas tree lights when LTE is on. In gets LTE then goes down to 3G to No Service and back to LTE again in a matter of seconds. Any one encountering the same issues?
