2d dock doesn't work in Mavericks?

Cant find it in the settings so I went through Onyx and turning on the 2d dock didn't work. Is it working for anyone else?

In a house
Apple killed the 2D Dock in Mavericks. Someone may find a way around it with a hack, but it's no longer available via the Terminal or one of the utilities out there.
