Well, kind of. They asked him specifically about Aperture 3.5 to lead him to talk only about 3.5.

If there is in fact a new version of Aperture, his NDA would prevent him from discussing it; this question is worded specifically to avoid it.

I have to think 9to5Mac is savvy enough to know that people are speculating a new version based on the keynote and would outright ask him to address the question if it was something he could answer.
