My iPhone keeps deleting a song from my playlist when i sync

So I have a purchased song on my 4s, on iTunes its added to my specific playlist. On my phone its under the songs tab, my purchased playlist and the other playlist I have. The problem is every time I sync with iTunes the song gets deleted from my playlist, even though it stays under songs and the purchased playlist.
