Confused number keys

I am having a strange problem with my numeric pad keys. For whichever key I press on the number pad, the mouse pointer will move one pixel in the corresponding direction. I have reebooted and checked settings. The regular numbers above the letters work fine. When I try to type numbers with the numeric pad, it just moves the mouse. I will call Apple.

P.S. I have the Apple wireless keyboard.

Which computer is this for? Try resetting the PRAM (http://docs.info.apple.com/article.html?artnum=2238) and if that doesn't work, we can try resetting the PMU (different methods for different Macs). :)

This is for a Mac mini, the one in the sig. I'll try that and see if it works.

In System Preferences, Universal Access, click on the Mouse tab and make sure that Mouse Keys are set to Off.
