Preview Scrolling Issue

Yes, I am seeing the same issue. Choppy scrolling . . . or no scrolling all together. Have reported this to Apple. Not seeing this issue in any other app.

I have the same problem. Scrolling is mostly very smooth but if I am at the beginning or end of a documents, say a PDF, the scrolling seems to be in slow motion. Scrolling in the middle of a documents has no problem for me.

for me scrolling pdf files, especially via safari is struggling, not smooth as it was with ML. Installed Mavericks fresh on MBA 2013.
