well, true... 256 is nothing and I would never invest in that!! but then again, it has some nice features like this voice-recorder and of course the build-in fm-transmitter!!

apple does have some desighn pattents right?
Apparently not in certain countries where these are sold. Try selling them in any of the countries it does have a patent in and prepare to be sued. These are just knockoffs that will never leave the region they are sold in.
