Profile Manager Failed after upgrade from 2.2.2 to 3.0

I just upgraded the OS, then upgrade the X Server. There is no error and configuration involved. When I login profile manager thru web, it is all ok before I click the 'active tasks'. Then the following error occurred.

Any step I missed? Or please tell me how to reset the active task in the backend.
