Hello all,
I love the concept of .mac subscription, but before I purchase it I was wondering if there are any alternatives to it?
My requirements are sync'n of
address book
ical
storage space
mail
.mac is nice, but it is a little "kid-ish".

Except for syncing calendars (*) gmail does really well for me for anywhere mail/contacts/storage. You can download your contacts in CSV format which should be syncable with iCal.
(*) Wait a short while and maybe Google will do something for calendaring.

IMO if you want all of that then .mac is a good investment

So I am riding the 60 days .Mac demo.
Seems pretty good so far. The web making is a little hokey.
Is there a way to link my currrent .com web page to that? I am trying to save some $$$. I wanna be able to type in www.kyleherder.com and it go to my .mac site space.
Monthly bills form my space provider suck

try https://www.dyndns.com/services/
The MyWebHop Redirection service provides cloaked and non-cloaked HTTP redirection similar to our free WebHop service, but it can be used with any hostname, not just those within DynDNS-owned domains, and is integrated with our Custom DNS service for ease of configuration and use
