This is a Windows release I notice on Steam so no. It is also in prerelease state so all bets are off as to whether it might work in Wine when it is done. Who knows? It depends on how much and what changes during its development.
You might try posting a request for a Mac version on the Steam forum for the game or else checking to see if the developer has their own site where you can request this or find out if a Mac release is in the plans for the future.
