plist files in the trash

I recently deleted a bunch of apps I don't use anymore and used AppCleaner. Now I have two files called loginwindow.plist and com.apple.windowserver.plist in my trash and they can't be deleted because they are in use.

Three questions, do I need these files? If so, where should I copy them? If I don't need them, how can I delete them?
