Hadley Stern: Is there anything you think Apple could learn from Google? Anything Google can learn from Apple?

John Battelle: Donít get me started! I have to say, the most frustrating thing about Macs is the willingness to crash and restart. Yeah, I know that was supposed to go away with Tiger, but it has not. And man Microsoft Office is so terrible and non standard and bloated and buggy, itís hard to know where to start.

It's true, Google doesn't crash nearly as often as OS X.

Mr. Battelle strikes an eerie resemblance to Kevin Kline.

What's wrong with a willingness to crash and restart? I myself happily crash and restart at least once per day.
