iphoto 4 won't order books

Hi,

I've been trying to order a book via iphoto, and when I click "order book," it appears to be processing the file, but then nothing happens. According to Apple help, a dialog box should appear at this point asking for my apple ID so that I can proceed with the ordering process, but that is not the case.

Anyone know if one can still order books via iphoto 4 (i.e. did apple intentionally break this version to coax us into upgrading)? Or is this something with my machine? (if so, thoughts?).

Finally, can anyone vouce for a service that will take the .pdf version and do it justice?

That has happened to me. I had to reboot and start over. Sometimes you an use the saved book, but in my case something was funky and I had to start all over. Sorry.
