Creating Calendar Events don't parse time anymore?

Is it just me or has the parsing of time for events been removed in mavericks?

For example in Mountain Lion I could double click to create an event on a day, then in the title I could, for example, write "10:00 Dentist". Calendar would then create an event at 10:00 no matter where I clicked on that particular day with the time removed from the title.

Is there an option to reenable this? :confused:
