WTB: iPod 3G HD 20GB (Hard Drive)

I just opened up my friends 3G 20GB iPod which wasn't working and switched the Hd with mine and it worked perfectly so I guess I am looking for a 20GB 3G iPod HD. Looking to spend as little as necessary.
