screen share with 10.8.5

Has anybody else experianced issues with screen sharing to a mac with 10.8.5 after upgrading from 10.8.4? Every time I restart the computer I need to go back into the firewall setting and change access from blocked to allow on the screensh listing. I've tried deleting it but it comes back when I restart. I had no issue with this, don't believe it was even there with 10.8.4.

Any suggestions?
