I was in Atlanta a couple weeks ago and picked up a loaded 13" MBA. It had an issue with the screen/hinge not staying where I placed the screen. It would slowly continue to open up until completely open.
I was in the DC area last week and on the last day of my 2 week grace period I went to an Apple store on a whim and asked about getting the hinge tightened up. After being told I'd have about a 2 hour wait to see a tech (I was on my lunch break) I opted to have it swapped for a new device. 15 minutes later I was on my way back to the office with the new MBA, copied all of my data from an external to the internal and I was back up & running within an hour.
Still very much digging the MBA - so much easier to travel with compared to my late 2011 15" MBP. When I don't need to perform VM-based demos the MBP will be left at home.
