I'm trying to help my MiL out with an iPhone problem, and I can't log in to iCloud on the web with her AppleID. I've changed the password, received the confirmation, and yet whenever I try to log in, I get the following warning: "Connection Error"; it's only happening with her account and not mine or my wife's.
The problem is that sometime ago, some person set her up with an iCloud account, swore she'd never need to change it, and that all her photos would be safe. Anyone had any experience with a similar situation? Where a single account shows a "connection error" with no other explanation?
