This one was inspired by Andy Worhol....

I was wondering what was the best program to do animations is? Because of got a good idea of how to animate this one, I'm just not sure how to. Thanks for any advice ;)

if built in photoshop, use imageready to make the animations. Just use your layers from photoshop to create each frame of the animation.

OR

fireworks can do the same thing, if you're using the macromedia tools.

OR

flash or whatever - there's a bunch of choices, and I'm sure someone else can give you a more exhaustive list, but the first two would work wonders for what you've got going on here...

Ooh, I like this! I think it's neat just as it is, not animated, although it would be interesting to see what you could do with that, too.

I ended up finding a little app. called GIFfun which seems to do the job.
